📋 Description Coordinate and manage operations for Family Home Provider programs Oversee quality, compliance, and daily program activities Support individuals, providers, guardians, and case managers Provide coaching, training, and performance oversight Ensure orientation, training, certifications, and documentation are up to date Conduct home visits; monitor safety and environment 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred 1 year full-time direct experience with ID/DD At least 2 years in management with development disabilities Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills Valid driver’s license 🎁 Benefits Salary: Starting at $52,000 Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance for FT employees Supplemental Insurance, HSA/Flex Spending Pet Insurance, Life Insurance for FT employees 401K with up to 3% employer match after one year Paid Time Off (PTO) for eligible employees
