📋 Description Lead HRBP initiatives for Technology UK and Flutter Hub populations. Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies and org effectiveness. Translate business priorities into people plans and actions. Codify change management, org design, and leadership coaching. Collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions. Act as a strategic advisor with credibility at executive levels. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 8 years HRBP experience with senior leaders. Strong business acumen and organizational design expertise. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complexity. Knowledge of UK employment law and disciplinary practices.
