📋 Description In-person role based in Long Beach, CA, 60-day fixed-term engagement with potential extension. Join Vast’s Media Production team to lead color, light, and retouching decisions; maintain Hands-on IC role: translate visual direction from backlog of production photography into final Develop and formalize color, light, and retouching standards to avoid rework on future shoots. Support live production as needed and perform product, hardware, portrait, or event photography as Collaborate to ensure high-volume imagery aligns with brand standards and premium look of Vast. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional photo retouching/editor experience across commercial, brand, or editorial Deep proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, CaptureOne; strong color grading, light Ability to define or work within brand-level visual standards, not just execute a single brief. Demonstrated portfolio showing consistency across a large image volume and a clear point of view. Ability to work independently, move fast, and deliver quality within a short engagement window. Local to LA/Long Beach and available to be onsite. 🎁 Benefits Base salary range disclosed: $45,000 – $64,000 USD (for California).
