Support & QA Engineer

📋 Description First-line support for internal users of Voltana platform Troubleshooting sites and assets in the system Participate in QA strategy and tool selection for Voltana platform Manual tests ensuring stability of systems handling millions of events daily Design, develop and maintain automated tests using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright (UI, API Collaborate with Software Engineers to integrate shift-left with CI/CD pipelines 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in support and testing, incl. manual testing and automation in microservices Willingness to expand knowledge in energy domain (OZE, BESS, BMS, PV) Experience with Playwright and TypeScript Proven ability to diagnose and debug complex technical issues Ability to communicate system behavior to technical and non-technical audiences 🎁 Benefits Salary: 30-35 EUR/h on a B2B contract Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote Well-equipped office in Wroclaw with shared space and a focus room Equipment and extra monitors Occasional trips to main office in Belgium High degree of autonomy and impact on product quality
