📋 Description Onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet at a customer site. Monitor system health, robot activity, tasks, and workflows. Proactively optimize workflows to hit throughput and KPIs. Perform onsite troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime. Test, validate, and analyze performance for product development. Provide feedback on system performance and edge cases. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, or related field. 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer-facing work. Familiar with warehouse ops, picking workflows, labor metrics. Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting or quick learning aptitude. Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
