Senior Clinical Research Associate

📋 Description Oversee and monitor clinical trial sites to ensure quality, compliance, and patient safety. Act as primary sponsor point of contact for investigative sites and align stakeholders. Provide site staff training and maintain trusted partnerships with investigators. Conduct site evaluations, monitoring, and site closure activities per regulations and SOPs. Engage sites with tailored strategies, report progress, and report study impact. Support recruitment/retention strategies and ensure protocol compliance and data integrity. 🎯 Requirements Appropriate tertiary qualification in health related disciplines (e.g., Medical, Scientific Minimum 3 years clinically related experience, with 2 years in independent clinical research Familiar with risk-based monitoring, onsite and offsite monitoring. Strong knowledge of regulatory and ICH/GCP guidelines and local policies. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
