Staff iOS Engineer - BeReal

📋 Description Drive the technical direction of the iOS platform for long-term scalability, performance Design and deliver high-impact iOS features and systems balancing short-term needs with platform Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, design, data, backend, and Android teams. Improve iOS engineering practices: code quality, testing, and development processes. Mentor iOS engineers and contribute to technical leadership and knowledge sharing. Use data and user feedback to inform decisions and measure impact. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of professional iOS development experience with ownership of large-scale apps. Previous Staff iOS Engineer experience or equivalent with impact beyond features. Strong product sensitivity and deep platform-level technical expertise. Proven experience improving iOS app globally (architecture, performance, tooling, processes). Ability to investigate and drive solutions to complex problems across teams.
