📋 Description The IT Engineer will work across teams and within a team, responsible for infrastructure support Provide infrastructure support for all systems within PayIt offices, including network equipment Analyze requirements and propose scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Build AI-driven workflows and automations to create efficiencies. Maintain and enhance IT support documentation and ensure SLA metrics are met. 🎯 Requirements Two or more years of experience in a junior or similar role. Basic knowledge of scripting with Python. Intermediate knowledge of AI applications (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Gemini). Intermediate knowledge of Apple hardware, MacOS, Windows OS and related hardware. Intermediate understanding of cloud computing, cloud architecture, and SaaS concepts.
