Staff iOS Engineer – Social Mobile Apps

📋 Description Set and own the technical direction and architecture of our iOS app Lead the iOS engineers day-to-day: code reviews, architecture decisions, quality bar Act as main alignment with Android for product consistency Engage with Android/Backend/QA/Design/Product to keep the mobile experience coherent Coach and grow iOS engineers through pairing and architecture discussions Stay hands-on: ship features, review code, stay close to the codebase 🎯 Requirements Deep hands-on iOS expertise: Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Xcode, App Store lifecycle Proven track record building and scaling high-traffic B2C apps Demonstrated ability to lead technically and be a reference for the team Collaborate cross-functionally with Android, Backend, QA, Design and Product Startup or scale-up experience Fluent in English (French a plus)
