📋 Description Deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients at home across NYC boroughs Support new case starts and emergency coverage needs Precept and mentor new nurses Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Educate and support families and caregivers Represent BAYADA with professionalism and clinical excellence 🎯 Requirements Active LPN license in New York Graduation from an accredited nursing program 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred) Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients Willingness to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx Strong clinical skills, flexibility and proactive mindset 🎁 Benefits Weekly pay Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)
