📋 Description Own handoff from Engineering to Production. Lead a small team of engineering technicians. Own yield and scrap reporting for areas. Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process specs. Lead continuous improvement with data-driven projects. Ensure safety, EHS, and hazard reviews for new/modified processes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Engineering or 3+ years manufacturing exp; or 6+ years with equivalent training. Leadership experience with technicians or small team. Strong yield analysis, root cause methods, and basic SPC. Familiar with ISO 9001, SOPs, travelers, and change control.
