Apartment Maintenance Technician - Citrus Village

📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members. Complete basic apartment turns to prepare for new residents. Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, appliances. May train other maintenance technicians; support skill development. May assist with managing vendor quality and move-in/out inspections. Responsibilities vary by team/season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years maintenance experience; facilities/building environment preferred. Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
