📋 Description Own the full lifecycle of Axon’s ecosystem for a strategic agency account. Build and ship tools on Axon’s platform onsite in the agency environment. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ensure production-ready solutions. Maintain onsite presence (3-4 days/week) and drive operational outcomes. Define success metrics and drive adoption, with CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity in mind. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments. Experience shipping automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems. Strong communications with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical settings.
