📋 Description Turn custom electronics from a design file into road-ready hardware. Partner with contract manufacturers to build boards. Validate, program and assemble boards for autonomous vehicles. Design test fixtures and perform verification & validation. Hands-on work with soldering iron, scope, and tools as needed. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field; 10+ years hardware or test exp. 2-3+ years leadership experience. Fluency with CM coordination and PCB manufacturing. Strong QA mindset: incoming inspection, traceability, and EOL testing. Maker mindset; able to lead high-level roadmaps while hands-on.
