📋 Description Define and execute the functional strategy for Biotherapeutic Production Technologies across Lead teams at Somerville, MA and Andover, MA to deliver high-quality protein material for discovery Oversee multiple expression platforms (transient mammalian, stable CHO, cell-free) and purification Drive adoption of automation, AI/ML-enabled tools, and data workflows to improve speed, quality Partner with discovery, molecular characterization, and CMC/Tech Ops to enable knowledge transfer Represent the function on cross-functional program teams and oversee external CRO/CDMO partnerships.
