Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals. Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians as needed. Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in VA. Certificate of clinical competence in speech (ASHA CCC-SLP) or equivalent qualifications toward Educational/work experience sufficient for certification process.
