Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

📋 Description Own Floor Uptime: troubleshoot and maintain automation, robotics, and electro-mechanical systems Preventative Maintenance: implement and improve PM plans to maximize equipment reliability. Commissioning & Integration: support installation and IQ/OQ/PQ of new manufacturing equipment Automation Diagnostics: troubleshoot PLCs, robotic, and control systems to identify root causes of Spare Parts Management: manage inventory to minimize MTTR. Continuous Improvement: design basic fixtures and electrical panels to improve safety, quality, or 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Equipment Maintenance, Controls, or Automation experience in a high-volume Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or equivalent Electro-Mechanical expertise: troubleshoot pneumatic systems, hydraulic power, lubrication loops Controls & Robotics: experience teaching/programming industrial robots (Fanuc preferred) and Ability to read electrical/pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings; familiarity with NFPA 70E Safety-focused: LOTO, Arc Flash, and 5S adherence. 🎁 Benefits Hourly rate target between $42.00 - $52.00 (compensation determined by experience).
