📋 Description The Instructional Technologist designs, implements, and improves training programs and materials. Ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and operational excellence. Collaborates with management, partners, regulators, and internal teams. Develops assessment methods, examinations, and on-the-job resources. Maintains training records and supports audits and inspections. Supports budgeting and department planning efforts. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field. Five+ years in education, training development, or instructional tech. Experience creating training in industrial or regulated environments. Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes. Expertise in digital learning content development and delivery methods.
