📋 Description Conduct user research and usability testing of Intuitive products prior to launch Provide in-depth analysis of user behavior to New Product Development Ensure products are safe, easy to use, and easy to learn by analyzing risks and executing HF testing Collaborate with Interaction Designers, Clinical Engineers, and Technical Product Managers Maintain usability risk analyses and UI requirements across product development Keep abreast of medical device human factors regulations and best practices 🎯 Requirements 2+ years relevant HF experience Strong empathy and understanding of the human condition Professional interaction with customers Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to analyze large information and synthesize into usable insights Able to travel internationally and domestically up to 25%
