📋 Description Lead Medical Affairs strategies for Specialty Care (Ophthalmology/Eye Care; Virology/Infectious Collaborate with Neuroscience & Specialty Care leadership on priorities and cross-functional Develop and coach Medical Affairs professionals and oversee field-based plans. Oversee asset launches, evidence gen, trials, and compliant execution. Build relationships with investigators and external medical stakeholders. Drive stakeholder engagement and align medical with commercial and regulatory priorities. 🎯 Requirements Doctorate, PharmD or MD in a scientific discipline required. Biotech/pharma experience, preferably within Specialty Care. Strong knowledge of drug development, trials, and evidence generation. Experience in Ophthalmology/Eye Care and/or Virology/Infectious Disease. Medical leadership experience with coaching and development of teams.
