📋 Description Leading engaging walks and field interpretation during voyages. Participating in evening recaps to highlight guests\' daily experiences. Preparing presentations (30-40 minutes) highlighting voyage themes. Writing the Daily Expedition Report to summarize guest experiences. Engaging with guests ashore with local guides; represent Lindblad/National Geographic. Public speaking with strong communication skills. 🎯 Requirements Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin. Experience in polar regions in expedition industry. Strong customer service focus and ability to engage guests. Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience.
