Product Designer (UX/UI & Research)

📋 Description Lead UX research to identify user needs and insights. Translate insights into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Develop UI/UX deliverables and design system components in Figma. Analyze website performance using GA, Hotjar, and heatmaps to drive optimization. Collaborate with product, engineering, and SMEs to ensure feasibility. Facilitate workshops and influence strategic design decisions. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on UX/UI or Product Build with end-to-end ownership. Experience in user research, usability testing, and synthesis. Strong portfolio of UX flows, design systems, and measurable impact. Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, variants). Experience with cross-functional delivery and feasibility assessment.
