📋 Description Oversee maintenance team to complete preventive maintenance per monthly calendar. Inspect HVAC, refrigerators, sinks, washer/dryers, and others per PM schedule. Manage common areas/exterior PM, roofs, doors, windows, drains as directed. Track work orders; coordinate with third-party vendors with PM approval. Adhere to operating budget; provide cost estimates for budgeting. Meet with Property Manager weekly to respond to work orders within 24 hours. 🎯 Requirements High school education required. 3+ years in apartment maintenance; 1+ year as lead/supervisor. Valid state driver’s license. EPA Type I & II certification (as required). Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). HVAC, plumbing, electrical system maintenance/repair. 🎁 Benefits Salary: base range $65,000 - $85,000 in Los Angeles, CA. Medical, dental, vision plans; HSA with employer contribution.
