Information Security Manager

📋 Description Design, implement, and operate the information security program for a healthcare org under PACE. Translate regulatory standards into pragmatic controls and governance. Deploy HIPAA-aligned security architecture across Microsoft 365 and Meraki WAN. Lead security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. Oversee access controls, data protection, audits, and third‑party risk. Partner with IT, Compliance, Legal, Clinical, and Operations to embed security. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS or Information Security, or equivalent. 7+ years in information security/cybersecurity with hands-on roles. Experience with HIPAA, NIST, and security governance; CISSP/CISM/CISA/Security+ preferred. Strong incident response, risk management, and audit leadership.
