Sr. Director, Assistant Controller

📋 Description Partner with the Controller to lead the global accounting function and help shape the Oversee critical areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process (including accruals Prepare financial statements, including equity rollforward and cash flow statements Lead and oversee core accounting operations across general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and Lead intercompany and international accounting, including management of third party accounting Be the technical accounting and US GAAP subject matter expert, including review of complex 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and Hands-on systems orientation, with experience improving ERP workflows, reporting, and automation Strong knowledge of US GAAP, foreign currency accounting, internal controls, close processes, and Demonstrated success leading teams through scale, process improvement, and organizational change Experience building and improving accounting operations in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes across Finance and broader 🎁 Benefits RSUs, health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits Equity-based compensation and comprehensive benefits in a high-trust, transparent environment Supportive, inclusive culture with focus on professional development
