📋 Description Own end-to-end product strategy for a core area of Catchafire's platform. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and design to ship high-impact solutions from inception to Lead with AI as a core competitive advantage and shape AI-powered product development. Work in a mission-driven, data-driven environment solving ambiguous problems. 🎯 Requirements Experience with marketplace platforms and/or B2B enterprise software Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems, build systems, and ship with lightweight processes 5+ years in product management with data-driven prioritization and roadmap development Technical fluency and ability to work with engineering teams 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML-powered product feature experience Fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, and data analysis 🎁 Benefits Salary range $140,000 - $150,000 annually with equity Health, dental, and vision coverage; 401k; unlimited PTO Stock options and professional development stipend Remote-first, fully remote full-time roles with occasional travel
