📋 Description Design and operate the enterprise operating rhythm to accelerate CEO decision velocity Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Marketing Own executive communications, market narratives, and stakeholder alignment Coordinate leadership activities (leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, Board meetings) Act as proxy for the CEO in strategic forums and working groups Lead a team of Customer Advocates to manage high-priority engagements and escalations 🎯 Requirements 8-10 years in fast-paced software environments with rapid career progression Hybrid Skillset including Management Consulting experience and high-growth enterprise software Experience advising C-suite executives and driving executive velocity Strong command of software performance drivers, product-led and enterprise sales motions Exceptional written/oral communication; board-ready presentations High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and cross-functional collaboration 🎁 Benefits Note: Benefits details are provided in the MongoDB benefits materials and at offer stage
