Call Center Representative

📋 Description Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to the public about tobacco study participation Collect and enter participant information into our database Promote additional study participation and referrals from current participants Make reminder call-outs to participants registered for screenings Scheduled Monday-Friday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm Part-time benefitted position (30-35 hours/week) 🎯 Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to sort information and interpret instructions Accuracy and attention to detail Call Center experience preferred 🎁 Benefits Part-time role with benefits
