Construction Project Manager

📋 Description Drive safety culture for Incident and Injury Free Performance. Meet with clients to assess scope and resources for projects. Assist with estimating and proposals with reviews of specs, drawings, takeoff data, and production Supervise construction to meet design, budget, and schedule; manage budgets and cost forecasts. Plan, coordinate onsite functions and oversee on-site staff in accounting and purchasing. Understand contract requirements; manage scope changes and claim/change negotiations. 🎯 Requirements BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent project-related experience. Five years of progressive Project Management experience; deep foundations and earth retention USACE QCS System desired. Skilled in project controls software: Excel, MS Project/Primavera (P6); AutoCAD a plus. Strong understanding of construction engineering, codes, standards, and cross-functional relations.
