📋 Description Lead the implementation of client technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint management, and Implement Microsoft security and compliance solutions focusing on endpoint protection, identity Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients through planning, implementation Support security improvement initiatives via configuration changes, policies, and tech enhancements. Create and maintain accurate technical docs, including notes, knowledge bases, and as-built docs. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of experience delivering IT infrastructure and Microsoft technology projects. Experience with distributed or remote teams in a collaborative environment. Hands-on deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, and infra Experience implementing Microsoft security tech (Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID). Strong English communication, problem-solving, and customer service mindset.
