📋 Description Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation program from strategy to adoption. Plan, redesign processes, implement, stabilize, and ensure adoption. Maintain governance, reporting, portfolio visibility, and delivery standards. Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, and future-state design. Support ERP implementations and integrations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream). 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in transformation, program management, process engineering, or operational improvement. Proven O2C transformation program experience in large organizations. Expertise in process engineering, mapping, workflow redesign, and operational excellence. ERP/enterprise integration experience; Dynamics 365 and OneStream preferred. Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management skills.
