📋 Description Provide responsive patient support through phone and email, assisting users with platform access Help patients understand how to use digital healthcare tools and navigate their health record Deliver empathetic, patient-focused service and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Identify recurring patient challenges and share insights with internal teams to support product Collaborate with management, product, and engineering teams by providing feedback from patient Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. 🎯 Requirements 2–3 years of experience in a customer service role involving phone and email. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges. Empathetic communication style with the ability to support and educate users. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote work opportunity in Canada.
