📋 Description Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs. Support plans, crisis prevention, de-escalation, and safe behavior management. Assist with daily living, transportation, and community engagement in a structured setting. Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap). Identify escalation indicators and communicate with supervisors during crises. Collaborate with families and team members to meet individuals’ needs. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED 3 years’ experience with chronic/severe mental illness OR degree in a mental-health-related field Must be at least 18 (some programs require 21+) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems 🎁 Benefits Fixed starting rate: $24/hr awake shift; $11.41/hr asleep shift Retention bonus up to $2,000 Comprehensive benefits: medical, vision, dental, life, etc. 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and PTO donations Employee perks and growth opportunities
