Mental Health Specialist II - Acute Behavioral Services

📋 Description Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs. Support plans, crisis prevention, de-escalation, and safe behavior management. Assist with daily living, transportation, and community engagement in a structured setting. Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap). Identify escalation indicators and communicate with supervisors during crises.
