Collaborate with software teams and hardware suppliers to resolve gaps. Review verification strategies and drive final system sign-off. Use fleet data and simulation to assess risk and root-cause issues. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in safety-critical integrated systems (Automotive/Aerospace/Robotics) or 3+ years with Proven ownership of electromechanical motion control (Steer-by-Wire, Electronic Braking, Flight Strong Python for data analysis; ability to read C++ Experience with requirements management (DOORS, Jama) and ICDs Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/CS/Robotics or related field 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $196,000 — $248,000 USD Discretionary annual bonus and equity incentives Generous Company benefits program
