📋 Description Maintain and improve the QMS to EN 9100/AQAP standards Own quality plans for software-intensive programmes Plan and conduct internal QMS audits Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders Ensure quality requirements are embedded in development life cycle Communicate in English and German with stakeholders 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in quality assurance in aerospace/regulated industries Solid knowledge of EN 9100, ISO 9001; AQAP 2110/2210/2310 Experience with DO-178C and software assurance Audit experience (internal/ external) and quality plans Liaise with customers and quality representatives at interfaces Strong analytical, structured thinking; can handle multiple priorities 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options Relocation support: up to €2,500 + 4 weeks accommodation Learning allowance: €500/£450 yearly Health & wellness: gym + mental health support Social events and monthly allowances Enhanced parental leave and family support
