Paralegal (LegalTech)

📋 Description Draft, review, and prepare customer-focused legal agreements. Provide exceptional customer support via email and online channels. Assist onboarding and account setup, including code management integrations. Support prospective customers, answer questions, and explain services early. Conduct legal research and prepare reports for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction and service. 🎯 Requirements Experience as a Paralegal or in customer-facing roles. Experience drafting/reviewing legal documents with attention to detail. Familiarity with LegalTech and SaaS concepts. Excellent English writing skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
