Banking Support Associate

📋 Description Be the point of contact; answer inbound calls to provide exceptional service to banking customers. Respond to inquiries about banking products and services, processing payments, or general account Assess customer’s needs and guide accordingly while maintaining professionalism and expediency. 🎯 Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Minimum 3 subjects including English; high school diploma or equivalent required. Pass a criminal background check and drug test as needed. Flexible availability to work any day and shift; onsite training/work required. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong typing (min 35 wpm) and basic MS Office skills.
