📋 Description Lead the PV Medical Writing function with high-quality, compliant deliverables. Develop and manage the PV Medical Writing team, driving performance and growth. Oversee quality, compliance, inspection readiness, and SOPs within PV writing. Provide strategic PV medical writing expertise to clients and project teams. Support business development through proposals and client engagements. Manage resources, budgets, and service delivery performance. 🎯 Requirements Extensive pharmacovigilance and PV Medical Writing experience, including leadership. Deep knowledge of global PV regulations and safety reports. Experience with regulatory compliance, inspections, and PV system oversight (QPPV/deputy QPPV). Strong business acumen with proposals and bid defense experience.
