📋 Description SFMC Core-L3 Analyst based in Bengaluru. Full-time role within Valtech's Salesforce-focused Own complex Salesforce incidents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; perform Collaborate with distributed teams to diagnose, document, and resolve issues; translate findings Participate in Agile ceremonies and problem management reviews; contribute to change requests and Maintain platform configurations: user/profile/permission models, automation (Flow), page layouts 🎯 Requirements Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Proficiency with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow; experience with integration Experience with multi-system integrations, data flows, and ERP/CRM ecosystem interactions; ability Familiarity with incident/problem management in an ITSM context; ability to perform root cause Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills; comfortable coordinating with Agile delivery experience; certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App 🎁 Benefits Flexibility with remote and hybrid work options (country-dependent).
