Head of New Business Reporting

📋 Description Lead end-to-end ownership of new business reporting across IFRS and Solvency UK / Solvency II Manage, coach and develop a team of actuarial analysts (4 staff) Review and challenge outputs produced by Finance Central Services for Institutional Retirement Ensure reporting results, data, assumptions and methodologies are accurate and well understood Build strong relationships with PRT Pricing, Client Services, Planning & Analysis, Technical Explain reporting results and key messages to senior stakeholders; drive process and controls 🎯 Requirements Qualified Life Actuary (FIA / FFA or equivalent) Strong life insurance reporting experience across IFRS, IFRS17 and Solvency II metrics Knowledge of bulk annuities, individual annuities, PRT or similar retirement products Experience reviewing actuarial/finance reporting outputs and assessing reasonableness Experience managing or developing actuarial, finance or reporting teams Strong stakeholder management, with ability to explain technical results clearly 🎁 Benefits Performance bonus plan and share schemes Generous pension contribution Life assurance Healthcare Plan 30 days holiday plus public holidays Flexible family leave
