📋 Description Originate, analyze, execute and manage infrastructure debt private placements for L&G Asset Collaborate with Chicago and London teams to originate and manage opportunities. Filter investments by credit, value, duration and portfolio fit. Conduct due diligence including credit and legal analysis; prepare investment committee materials Coordinate with PMs, Ratings and Legal to ensure opportunities meet guidelines. Support the marketing process to raise capital and develop investment solutions. 🎯 Requirements 5-7 years’ experience in buy-side debt private placements across infrastructure debt. Experience in bank credit programs or with an infrastructure sponsor is a plus. Ability to review many transactions to identify suitable investments; structure bilateral deals as Organized, focused, self-motivated with strong communication and analytical skills.
