📋 Description Define OEM Requirements & Architecture for vehicle Body Control systems, networks, and safety Develop Embedded Software/Hardware Specifications for body control functions (doors, locks Lead Core Feature Development from target-setting to verification/validation against milestones Execute Verification & Validation plans, test execution, data analysis, and troubleshoot Bridge Engineering & Implementation with embedded software teams, updating architecture Manage Fleet Delivery & Integration: track delivery timing and resolve issues to meet 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics or similar At least 3 years in automotive Body Controls and software role delivering hardware/software Working knowledge of vehicle networks: CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet Experience with body control systems (doors, lighting, windows, seats, switchgear) Experience drafting architectures and requirements for complex vehicle systems Rigorous, detail-oriented mindset; strong problem-solving and verification focus 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $196,000 – $242,000 USD Hybrid work schedule Waymo discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits
