📋 Description Lead Mutiny's AI strategist function for post-sales accounts in NYC. Own the managed account book: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion. Build technical solutions and playbooks to scale customer success. Own executive relationships with CMOs and VPs; drive renewals and expansions. Grow and manage a team of AI strategists as the organization scales. 🎯 Requirements Fluent in AI with a strategic, revenue-focused mindset. Proven ability to lead technical solutions for complex customers. Experience building scalable playbooks and processes for CS teams. Strong executive communication and relationship management.
