Drive executive searches and craft equity narratives for pre-IPO opportunities. Mentor and develop recruiting teams, ensuring urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Align headcount plans with People, Finance, and business leaders to hit hiring goals. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in recruiting leadership in high-growth technology environments. Experience managing managers and building high-performing teams. Proven success hiring across complex technical/engineering functions; AI/ML or research engineering Analytical expertise with dashboards, capacity models, and performance metrics. Strong executive presence and collaboration with senior leaders.
