📋 Description Lead strategy, operations, and evolution of Snowflake's global mobility and immigration programs. Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Tax, Finance, and business leaders to support Scale the global workforce while balancing employee experience, operational excellence, and Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency. Provide strategic guidance on mobility, international expansion, and vendor partnerships. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in global mobility/immigration or international workforce programs. 3+ years in second-line management overseeing mobility strategies. Proven ability to drive outcomes like offer-acceptance and location strategy. Experience with technology, automation, AI, and data-driven insights to scale programs. Strong understanding of global mobility tax, social security, payroll, and compliance.
