Inbound phone, chats, and emails to assist customers with returns, deliveries, order status 🎯 Requirements A minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English; US high school diploma or GED accepted. Must have a valid government ID, TRN and NIS card. Flexible availability; ability to train/work onsite; weekend/Public Holidays shifts. Experience in customer service is an asset; strong problem solving and empathy required. Excellent verbal and written communication; able to navigate CRM tools; high attention to detail.
