US Loan Officer Assistant

📋 Description Support mortgage team by managing loan files from application to closing Follow up on required documentation and provide client updates Coordinate with real estate partners, title companies, and third parties Maintain LOS with borrower and loan information Assist with administrative tasks and basic social media marketing Ensure files stay on schedule and compliant 🎯 Requirements Experience as Loan Officer/Mortgage Assistant or similar admin role preferred Knowledge of mortgage process and terminology Experience with LOS such as Encompass, Arive, Calyx Point, LendingPad or similar Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal English Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
