📋 Description AI-first analytics role partnering with Tax leadership to automate core tax processes using AI Unify fragmented tax data and build semantic models for instant, accurate analysis across domestic Develop production tax dashboards with Streamlit, and deliver AI-driven tooling in CoCo/CoWork Own end-to-end semantic layers and maintain the contract between models and consumers across tax Automate tax filings, data reconciliation, and audit-ready reporting within a tax-compliant Balance rapid iteration with accuracy, delivering production-ready artifacts within 1–2 days when 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, or a technical finance-adjacent role. Daily use of an AI coding assistant as a primary development tool (e.g., CoCo, Copilot, Claude). Proficient in SQL with ability to write window functions. Shipped multiple Python applications in production; strong data pipelines and automation experience. Experience with Git (PRs, branches, code review). Familiar with fiscal year concepts and core revenue metrics (ARR, bookings, NRR). 🎁 Benefits Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid; 3 days in office). Salary: USD 163,000 – 214,200 per year.
