Create auto research harness for offline and online experiments. Own model lifecycle from research to production and A/B testing. Collaborate with engineers, PMs, data scientists, and designers. Stay at the forefront of ML/AI by evaluating new research. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years building AI products for large-scale, user-facing or data-driven products. Strong software engineering skills (Python), production-quality codebases, collaborative Full AI lifecycle experience: data analysis, evaluation, monitoring/improvement. Collaborator and communicator; excels in cross-functional teams. Curious, user-impact driven, passionate about applied ML/AI. BS, MS, or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
