Manage candidate information through an ATS and track activities. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role. Experience with different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English; intermediate German preferred.
